Objective: To record the executive team’s input on the brand today (and tomorrow) that will shape the strategy we use in design and messaging. This process defines the essence of the brand and provides the framework for the steps ahead.

Summary: Brand Strategy Presentation

Objective: This presentation/document is a confirmation and deeper exploration of the concepts uncovered in the discovery workshop. It is the strategy document that details the goals of the brand that will shape its communication and visuals. It’s important to have a brand document that we all can agree on that holds us accountable to the brand direction. It serves as both an agreement and a plan.

• Assessment of Current Identity and Suggestions

Brand Roadmap

Design Execution Presentation

Summary: Development of Brand Elements and Marketing TouchPoints 

Objective: A presentation of the living, breathing brand. Mockups (visuals & messaging examples) are presented for the identified, top-level brand touchpoints for the brand launch. 

Brand Touchpoints Includes:

• Identity presentation
• Brand TouchPoints - A “Brand Playbook” for launch and ongoing marketing efforts 
• File hand-off with continued art direction partnership
